Building Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a proactive candidate with strong technical skills and passion for building maintenance and project management.

Requirements

Education:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant vocational training or apprenticeship is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 24 months of experience in construction and building trades.
Basic certification in AutoCAD or relevant software.
Computer skills to handle project management.

Perform various construction tasks, including but not limited to:
Reading and interpreting blueprints to comprehend project specifications.
Supervising and Undertaking tasks such as framing, roofing, drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical work as needed.
Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations at all times.
Collaborating with the project team to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
Communicating with clients in English and Tamil.
